Refund and Returns Policy

At Envo Solution, we have a 7-day return and refund policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at envoodisha@gmail.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at envoodisha@gmail.com and send your item to: Plot No: 1075, Khandagiri Bari, Khandagiri, near Jaydev Vatika Dist: Khurda, Pin: 751030.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to: Plot No: 1075, Khandagiri Bari, Khandagiri, near Jaydev Vatika Dist: Khurda, Pin: 751030. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
